Audio Visual technical requirements

My presentation is PowerPoint based and includes about 65 still images to illustrate my talk, plus a short (three minute) video clip containing audio.  The technical requirements are therefore:- 

• A screen of appropriate size for the audience number.
• An appropriate projector and sound system.
• A lapel microphone is preferred but not essential.
• A lectern is not necessary

My presentation can be supplied ahead of time for testing purposes, but please note that all images are subject to copyright protection.

I would be happy to supply personalised signed copies of my book The Greatest Adventure at a discounted rate if desired, for a thoughtful gift or simply a memento of the occasion.

I have no objection to the client recording the presentation for internal company use.  For any other use, please request permission in writing.
