Now I've done some pretty silly things in my life.........

...but to accept the invitation from Les Shockley to take the co-pilot seat in his monster truck powered by three jet aircraft engines, accelerating up to more than 350 miles per hour in a very few seconds, gets pretty high on the list!

Update 2022:

Les subsequently sold his Shockwave truck to Darnell Racing Enterprises and I was shocked and saddened to hear that Chris Darnell died whilst demonstrating the truck at Battle Creek. My sincere condolences to his family.
