Breitling sponsors a World Humanitarian Tour to celebrate the 10th anniversary ....

A new hot air replica of the Breitling Orbiter 3 balloon was commissioned by Breitling in early 2009 with the idea that I would take it on a world tour (with stops this time) to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the first flight around the world. This would have a humanitarian purpose in that we would use the tour to raise funds for the Winds of Hope foundation.

The photo slides tell the story but not the total amount of money raised - a remarkable $160,000.
